Concept - Executive Design
The concept of the villa is inspired by the golden section, a mathematical and harmonic principle that guided the design in every part of it. The search for perfection in proportions and balance of forms is the foundation of this project, where the golden section becomes the key to achieving spaces with a fluid and harmonious. The sinuous lines that define the villa are not random, but derive directly from this concept, creating environments in perfect harmony. Every detail, from the size of the spaces to the arrangement of openings, is designed to achieve a visual and emotional balance with the surrounding nature and that promotes a sense of well-being and peace.
The villa, measuring about 160 square meters, is on two levels and includes three bedrooms, a study, a large living room and open- space kitchen, where natural light floods the rooms thanks to large windows. Each space is designed to promote functionality and comfort, without ever compromise appearance. Completing the property are beautiful outdoor spaces, including a designer pool that blends seamlessly into the surrounding area. The villa represents a perfect balance between modernity and nature, elegance and functionality, a place to live in harmony with ourselves and the environment.
